ACTANOVA provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free Gold Open Access to all published conference articles. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles without prior permission or subscription fees, in strict compliance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Authors retain unrestricted copyright of their published works without constraints. By publishing with ACTANOVA, authors grant the publisher an exclusive initial publishing license while retaining rights to share, reuse, and archive preprint or postprint versions in institutional repositories.

All conference articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license. This license allows anyone to copy, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, even commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and publication venue.

To ensure perpetual availability, all conference proceedings volumes and individual papers are permanently archived across distributed digital preservation networks, including LOCKSS, institutional dark archives, and public cloud repositories with full checksum validation.

ACTANOVA adheres strictly to the COPE Retraction Guidelines. Articles may be retracted if clear evidence is found of fraudulent data, duplicate publication, unethical research, or copyright infringement. A formal retraction notice will be linked to the original article with clear explanatory notes.

In cases of minor errors that do not affect the core scientific conclusions (e.g., typographical errors, omitted author names), a formal Erratum or Corrigendum will be published and permanently linked to the Version of Record without silently modifying the published PDF.

Authors, editors, and peer reviewers must disclose all financial and personal relationships that could inappropriately influence their work. If no competing interests exist, authors must explicitly state: "The authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships."

Research involving human subjects must comply with the Declaration of Helsinki and include formal ethics committee approval along with documented informed consent. Experiments involving animals must comply with institutional and national animal welfare guidelines.
